Menopause Zone Therapy

The menopause is only just being studied in detail by medical professionals, so it really is unsurprising and not their fault that they miss it. To all of you who thought or were told "you're losing your mind!"  This treatment and support is for you! 

I have actually lost count of the number of women who have come to me where I have suspected peri-menopause and after recommending they go back to their gynaecologist for additional tests it has been confirmed.  As you can imagine I am incredibly proud to be qualified in this therapy and to see the immediate positive results it has had on my case studies and clients.

You can choose to have a 60 minute or 90minute treatment; 60mins treats two zones of the body, 90 treats three zones.  In the beginning I would thoroughly suggest a routine to treatments either weekly, bi weekly etc.  Whatever works best with your schedule but that way we can really see what is helping and what isn't.  You can also have add-ons to the treatment, in particular the ear-seeding helps lengthen the effect of the treatment so you can space out your treatments to longer intervals if necessary.   

After the treatment I will give you your own "Hand Map" so you can practice self treatment of specific points between sessions. 

Not only will I treat you physically I will also help you with understanding all the changes that happen to you at this time in life and help you in searching for the right support, whether it be dietary changes, exercise, sleep hygiene, how to ensure your HRT is working best for you.
